In addition, the site provides information and content directly or indirectly related to the products and artists sold. “User” as defined in these Rules shall be any person and/or entity, and/or entity or person acting on behalf of those who enter and/or locate and/or create a connection or communicate with the service provided by the site, thereby expressing his/her consent and subjection to these terms.
These terms of use define how the Site is used for purposes of purchase and for the purpose of reviewing the content of the Site. The user will make an order of products through the website. This order will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Terms of Use below. Pentagram-Tattoo will provide the user with the products ordered, provided that the ordered product is in stock held by the studio, and provided that the user has met at least one of the payment conditions set below.
Pentagram-Tattoo reserves the right to update the Terms of Use from time to time at its sole discretion and without the need to give any notice in advance, and these conditions will be binding from the moment of their publication on the Site. The provisions of these Terms of Use in the masculine form are stated for convenience only and refer to all genders.
Limitation of Liability
The supply of products by the site depends, also, on third parties, and Pentagram-Tattoo is not responsible for any act or omission of third parties and will not be liable for any damage and/or loss and/or expense incurred by the user and/or third party as a result of and/or in connection with any such act or omission.
Pentagram-Tattoo is not responsible for damages related to communications operators, the Internet, international dial-up access, end-user equipment and/or user applications.
User’s reliance on any content, information, product, opinion and position displayed on the Site and sites linked to it are made at the discretion of the user and at his/her sole responsibility. In any event, Pentagram-Tattoo shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages (including financial damages, loss of profits, reputation, etc.) as a result of using the system or the contents appearing on the site.
If the information and/or products available on the Site contain errors, Pentagram-Tattoo shall not be liable for any error, defect, loss of profit or any other damage caused or likely to be caused by the use of the information and/or the inability to use it.
Pentagram-Tattoo is not liable for any direct and/or indirect and/or incidental and/or consequential damages resulting from the use of the products sold on the site and/or any information and content appearing on the site.
The user agrees that he/her will not have any claim of any kind whatsoever towards Pentagram-Tattoo for any use and/or action and/or engagement and/or purchase of products or service of any kind which was made through other websites or companies showing in one of Pentagram-Tattoo’s websites.
Pentagram-Tattoo does not guarantee that the services will not be interrupted, will be held safely and without errors, and/or will be immune to unauthorized access to the studio’s computers from damages, malfunctions, failures in hardware, software, communication lines of Pentagram-Tattoo and any of its suppliers and/or anyone acting on its behalf.

Use and purchase on the Site
The user will select the products he/she wants to purchase and add them to the “Shopping Cart”. Once the user has finished choosing the products he/she wishes to purchase, he/she will complete the purchase process in the “check-out” page.
The user will be required to type a number of details as it appears on the payment form. Entering the details is a prerequisite for the sale, and filling these details requires the user to execute the transaction.
In order to ensure that the order is executed quickly and without mishaps, it is important to provide all the details accurately.
The user will make the payment in one of the following ways:
- A valid credit card which the credit card company approves for the use and size of the transaction requested.
- Placing a charge through a PayPal account or service
In any case, the completion of the sale process is conditional on the approval and verification of the transaction by the credit company of the customer or by “PayPal”, and in addition to the fact that the requested product is in stock by Pentagram-Tattoo at the time of completion of the sale process. The details, as entered on the registration page, as well as the registration of the transaction on the studio’s website, will be the confirmation of the actual operations and their timing.
Submitting false information is a criminal offense. A User who will take such an action may be charged in civil and criminal proceedings.
If the transaction is not approved by the credit card companies or by PayPal, the user will receive an appropriate notice. If the user does not act to arrange the payment of the transaction within 3 days of receipt of the notice of the transaction not being approved by the credit card companies, Pentagram-Tattoo will see the transaction as canceled.
In any event, the count of days regarding the dates of the shipment will begin from the date of approval of the transaction by the credit card companies.
Cancelling a transaction
As a rule, the user may cancel a transaction subject to and in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981. The purchase of a product may be canceled up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, and the cancellation will be done only by sending it in writing and/or by e-mail directly to Pentagram-Tattoo.
In case of cancellation of the transaction, the user will be charged on the shipping fees in both directions and Pentagram-Tattoo may also deduct any additional expense that will be incurred directly by the Company following cancellation of the transaction.
If the product is supplied to the user according to the method of delivery agreed upon in the purchase, the user will be entitled to cancel the transaction within 14 days, provided that within this period he/she returns the product to Pentagram-Tattoo without damages of any kind, when not used and in its official packaging. All of which on the client own expense.
The user will be charged a full fee for shipping fees even if he/she has not received the product, only if the product in question has already been sent by the studio.
Pentagram-Tattoo may cancel a transaction or sale in whole or in part in the following cases:
- In the event that a technical failure prevented proper use of the studio’s website and caused a disruption of the order.
- There was an error on the site, either at the price of the product or in the description of the product.
- In the event of a communication failure in the credit card network. In any case the connection will be disrupted by the credit card companies or any other entity or supplier that prevented Pentagram-Tattoo from properly charging the payment for the purchase.
- In the case of force majeure, act of war, hostility, terrorism and/or anything else that would prevent the continuation of a proper “good” sale.
- If the purchase was carried out against the proper procedures of Pentagram-Tattoo and the website.
Notice of cancellation of the sale shall be given to the user by telephone and/or by e-mail to the address specified on the registration page.
If the product is out of stock after a sale has been made, Pentagram-Tattoo may cancel the sale and/or offer an equivalent replacement product. Notice of such cancellation shall be made in writing or by telephone.
In any case, a refund will always be made in the same way as the user paid.
Supply
Pentagram-Tattoo will act at its best to supply the product to the address indicated by the user at the time of the order and according to the terms of supply specified on the sales page, subject to payment authorization by credit card company or through PayPal.
Pentagram-Tattoo shall not be liable for delay in performing the supply of the product in the following cases:
- Any kind of Force majeure, war, hostilities and/or state emergency
- Strike with suppliers of services or goods required to manufacture and/or transport the products.
- Any reason beyond the control of Pentagram-Tattoo.
The product will be sent by mail. The only responsible for the supply time will be the Post Office, and the user will not have any complain to Pentagram-Tattoo in any case of delay in supply.
In areas limited to the delivery companies, Pentagram-Tattoo will be entitled to supply the products to users in a nearby and acceptable location, with advance coordination with the user.
Postage
Shipping charges will be paid by the user at the time of purchase.

Copyright and Intellectual Property
